"To be, or not to be. Well... I already am, so I don't really have a choice, now do I?" Martin mused as he sat lazily in the shallow waters of the Sparkling River. He idly twirled a reed between his forefinger and thumb, watching it with dull curiosity. Sighing, he dropped the plant's end, eyes following it as it was swept down the river. Turning to the water's surface, he gathered the swirling locks of hair that floated upon the river, hovering a hand over it. A small, silvery circle appeared there, images of humans rampaging across it. When he found something that caught his eye, he focused on it. It seemed that a farm boy had crashed a cart full of hay, clogging one of the roads in Soluma village. He chuckled to himself, watching with an ever slight smirk.
After a few minutes, he became bored and allowed the circled to evaporate. Another sigh left his throat. "Where's Hitokiri when you need him? At least he's mildly entertaining" he muttered, letting himself sink lower into the water. He let his eyes close, allowing the soothing sensation of the slowly swirling water run over his body. His tresses streaked the water, following the direction of the water.
He sensed a new presence approaching. Shifting a little lower into the water, he allowed his arms to keep him propped against the bank. "Can I help you?" he asked idly, not bothering to open his pale yellow eyes. Martin felt especially lazy today, not wanting to even speak. He hadn't even bothered to clothe himself this morning, knowing that he would be bathing later. And lo and behold, here he was.

A humorous grin spread over the woman's features as she looked down at her boy. "Don't think I need any help Martin," Her voice was gentle, melodic, and could sooth even Hitokiri in his greatest rage. Long obsidian hair draped down to the small of her back, a silken cloth just barely gripping onto her hips and flowing down her legs with a simple black top. She had always found Martin's laziness quite amusing. It seemed everytime she approached the God he didn't know who was walking up on him, or cared what he would say.
"Maarrrtttiiiinn!!" A voice suddenly squealed causing the Goddess to look behind her with another broader grin. The petite looking man, wearing such a bright loving grin, was racing over his silky white cloth that wrapped around his waist waving behind him. The burnette leaped at his brother with a giggle splashing into the water and clinging to Martin not at all caring that his brother was naked. "Martin!" He beamed as his eyes curved happily, "You're always ignoring Mamma Amara! You shouldn't do that!" He teased as he began to play with Martin's long green hair.
Amara giggled, placing a hand over her soft grin. "Ah, it's who he is little Akemi. Can you blame him?" She asked drawing those soft loving eyes up to her as well as a playful grin. Amara shook her head before looking around thoughtfully. She hadn't seen Hitokiri recently and was beginning to wonder where that God of Chaos was lurking around. Shaking it off she looked back at Martin, "Bored again I assume Marti?" She asked curiously.

Martin tilted his head back at a sharp angle, looking up at his mother. A slight smile of recognition tugged at his face. "Greetings Mother" he said softly, turning around so that he was leaning on his side. "You're looking as beatiful as ever" he commented, meaning what he said.
The sound of someone calling his name caused him to turn and set eyes upon his brother, Akemi. He grinned, catching his brother as he launched himself at him. "Hello to you too, Akemi" he said, smirking slightly. He loved his brother dearly, often allowing the god of love to have his mushy ways. He ruffled Akemi's hair affectionately, giving him a rare smile.
"Alas, indeed I am, Mother Dearest. But 'tis the life of the god of apathy" he said dramaticly, holding the back of his wrist to his forehead. He allowed himself a small snicker at his sarcasm, turning to Akemi. "And what have you been doing today, Akemi?" he asked, poking his brother's nose.

Amara smiled at Martin, "Why thank you marti. And you're handsome as ever" She chuckled thoughtfully placing a single hand on her left hip as she watched the two. Her eyes glinted mischeviously at Martin, knowing his secret and all, but she didn't say a thing about it. Simply watched the interaction between her boys. Then she laughed when Martin pressed his hand to his forehead. "Atleast you still got humor," She teased thoughtfully. Sarcastic or not, atleast it kept the guy from sleeping a lot.
Akemi beamed when Martin poked his nose. "I was playing with Ninna! She's a pretty gray rabbit with three babies!" He beamed as if he were a little kid. His brown hair dropped in front of his face as he swung his head ot the side thoughtfully for a moment before grinning up at Amara, "Do you know where Hito is? I haven't seen him lately. And Marti gets kinda boring a lot..." It was a pure tease, one to stir his younger brother and hopefully get some kind of reaction out of him. Okay so he caught onto his older brother's taunting and teasing of Martin, but Akemi only teased out of the goodness of his lovable heart.

"A grey rabbit with babies, eh? Are they as beautiful as she?" Martin pretending to care about the rabbits for Akemi's sake. He watched his older brother intently, having a fierce urge to brush the hair from his youthful face. However, at his brother's comment on him being broing, Martin stood with an exagerated gasp. "Boring? Me? I feel so unloved" he exclaimed, holding a hand over his heart as if it were breaking. "What has Hitokiri been teaching you? You need to hang out with me more" he said, smirking at the thought.
He glanced at Amara after he said this, knowing full well that she knew of his feelings. He had loved his brother that way for a long time and had put off telling him. No intentions were made to break Akemi's heart. It would be too painful for the otherwise uncaring Martin. Now his drinking wet hair hung about his waist, clinging to the slight curves of his body. If any mortal woman had seen him at that moment, they surely would have had a massive nose bleed and then die of blood loss.

Akemi giggled as he remained sitting in the water. "Awe, don't say that brother!" Akemi suddenly pouted when Martin said he felt unloved only to giggle at the Hitokiri comment. "Well! Hito has taken me out to the Kizoks home and let me hug all the cute girls and guys!" He beamed clapping his hands together before giggling again and jumping at Martin again wrapping his arms around his hips and looked up at him in pure innocence. "So what have you been doing Marti? Just sitting here all day?" He asked curiously as his hair clung to his bair back.
Amara shook her head with a grin as she slowly glided down to the ground and sat there crossing her legs making sure she kept her cloths away from the water, she didn't feel like drying cloths at the moment. Alas, being around Martin was bringing out her most laziest mood yet, she didn't mind. Akemi had got her in a good mood, as usual, and she was quite bubbly today so she could be joyous and lazy at the same time. Where was the harm in that? She settled her arms in her lap as she kept an observant gaze on her two boys. She had no answer for Akemi because she didn't know where Hitokiri had gotten off to either. "How are your humans fairing Marti?" She asked suddenly lifting her gaze to him.

"He took you on a hugging fest? That's an odd thing for Hitokiri to do..." Martin said, letting the sentence trailed off. He flinched a little as Akemi jumped at him again, glancing to Amara as he suddenly felt very awkward. He could feel himself stirring from just having Akemi hug his hips. "Yes. Just watching the humans" he said, painfully trying to keep himself down.
He idly reached down and patted Akemi's head, enjoying the feel of his silky hair beneath his fingers. "Humans? As humanly humaine as always I suppose" he said, starting to squirm a little. It was taking all will power to keep from swelling, such was the effect of the god of love on the god of apathy.

Akemi's eyes curved when Martin patted his head. "Yeah! He said he would rather me...'molest'....the Kizoks than him....what ever that means," He gave a shrug of his shoulders not really carying to understand his older brother's words. He grinned up at Martin, "What's molest?" He asked so adorably cute. What ever it meant, Hitokiri didn't like it and so if he found out what it meant he wouldn't do it to Hitokiri anymore, but all he did was cuddle with that chaotic man, what was the harm in that? Akemi knew Hitokiri would never hurt him even if he was an insane psychopath.
Amara flat out laughed at Akemi's quiestion. Cute, adorble, lovable, and down right naive. Akemi was just something else. She hadn't expected him to turn out naive, but that just made the smaller boy cuter. A grin touched her lips, one of humor and taunt as she looked back at Martin who was feeling rather awkward with her watching and having Akemi cling to his hips like that. Poor guy, being so tortured by his older brother and Akemi didn't even know he affected Martin in a sexual manner. Obvious laughter brightened her features, it was that chaotic side of her, the one that enjoyed peoples awkwardness and the pure torture that she knew Martin was feeling because of how close Akemi was to his groins.

Martin scoffed. "But you don't molest" he muttered, thinking of how to get back at Hitokiri. He froze, looking down at Akemi in shock. He was the god of love, and he didn't know what the word 'molest' meant? Amara had forgotten that, hadn't she? Martin reached down, taking a grasp on Akemi's arms, just above his elbows. He gently pulled his brother to his feet.
"Akemi..." he began, throwing a glare at Amara's obvious amusement in his torture. "To molest someone is to..." he said, frowning. "To touch their genitals without consent in a sexual manner. Do you understand?" he asked, having a patient tone with his brother. Damn that Hitokiri. I'll... I'll... I'll shave off his hair and put holes in his horns! he thought angrilly.

Akemi blinked up at Martin in silence. Thinking of what his younger brother had just said. When it finally clicked in his mind a gasp tore from his throat as he slapped his hands against his mouth. "I don't molest people!" He cried out in dismay before whirling around looking at Amara with wide shocked eyes, "Right!? I don't molest people do I?!" He asked frantically.
Amara threw her head back and laughed hysterically at Akemi's response. When it had finally clicked into the love god's mind the reaction was priceless! But now she needed to calm the distressed God down before something happened. She smiled gently at Akemi, "No you don't Akemi. Martin Molests people," Her eyes curved with a grin that bestowed such a darkness, but Akemi never noticed.
Akemi sighed in relief before gasping again and spun on Martin with large eyes once more. "You molest people?!" He cried in shock and surprise. Surely not his dear younger brother! That would be so horrible and....and...oh Akemi just didn't know what to do as he got distressed once more.

Martin put his hand over his eyes, shaking his head. Sometimes, he wondered just how much Akemi really knew. "Calm down, Akemi, I'm sure you wouldn't molest people" he said. He nodded his head in agreement with Amara until it clicked that she said that he molested people. Not that it was a lie, but to tell Akemi? That was just trouble.
His eyebrow rose on his face as Akemi questioned him. "Weeeelllll... Technically I don't molest. They give more than consent for me to touch them" he said hesistantly. He glanced to the side briefly. "If anyone, Hitokiri molests people, not me." He wasn't sure if that was the truth, though he assumed that he did, being the god of chaos and all.

Akemi stared at Martin. Almost as if in disbelief that his brother had...well sexual moments with the mortals. Wasn't that against the rules? "eeeww!" He suddenly squealed covering his ears. He did not want to know what his brothers did in their spare time! Especially if it involved sex! He shook his head like a little kid before hoping out the water and right over to Amara to plop into her lap and snuggle against her chest. "Martin needs another bath!" He huffed with a playful grin at Martin. It wasn't that he saw sex as disgusting, in fact it was a beautiful inactment of love, but to hear his younger brother was having 'fun' with the mortal's was a bit of a shocker.
Amara laughed again before grinning when a more than wet Akemi lopped over and nuzzled into her chest. Had that been Martin or Hitokiri she would have saw it as something that wasn't so innocent as what Akemi did. She then chuckled at Martin again as she smoothed back Akemi's wet burnette locks. "And no, Hitokiri takes no pleasure from his Kizoks, unless he's hiding it from me." She gave a light shrug of her shoulders causing her silken hair to jump against the movement. She then grinned devilishly at Martin again, she had known Akemi never thought that his brother had sexual relationships with the mortals and knew how he would react; she got quite a laugh out of it.

"What? I didn't do anything gross..." he said, huffing slightly. He let his chin rest on his chest, his dark green hair falling in his face. Stepping out of the river, Martin clicked his fingers, causing his body to dry and clothing to appear on his body. "I do not. I've been in the river all day" he said, materializing a brush into his hand so that he could brush his long hair.
"So? Kizoks aren't the only mortal race on Vinix" he said, fingers running through his tresses. He glanced at Akemi snuggling into Amara, dearly wishing that he were in Amara's place. However, the brief flicker of emotion was drowned away by his mask of Apathy. "Besides, he's chaotic enough to do it" he commented.

Amara chuckled as she continued to pet the 'purring' Akemi. "That is true. But he doesn't like the humans or Lotukins. I highly doubt he would rut with any of them, perhaps rape to get his kick out of torture, but...- Well" Amara chuckled as she continued thinking about it. Yes, Hitokiri was very capable of having his way with others. He was a beautiful man, just as his younger brother's were. Amara had no doubt that they could get any person they wanted. She shrugged it off getting bored of the conversation about Hitokiri rutting with the mortals or not.
"Oh!! Me me!!" Akemi squealed racing over snatching the brush from Martin's hands and literally forced Martin down onto the ground. He grinned happily as he took Martin's green locks into his free hand and began combing out the tangles. He hummed a melodic tune Amara had taught him years ago as he merrily brushed Martin's hair. He loved! Absolutely loved brushing his brother's hair, both of them. Especially Martin's, because it was green like the forest he was always playing in.

Martin shrugged. "I couldn't care less if he rutted with humans or not. As long as the human isn't my ch-" he said, cutting himself short as he side glanced at Amara. He still wasn't sure if she knew that he probably had a few kids lurking around down in Vinix. Who knew how she would react to that. Grandkids. Hah! There's a thought for you.
He more than happily let himself be forced to the ground to have his hair brushed. In fact, he had been waiting for Akemi to do that. It was one of the quirks that he loved about his brother. A smug smirk flittered over his face as Akemi began brushing his hair and humming. Victory for him. "Feel free to braid it if you like, Akemi" Martin said, remaining calm and straight-backed.
